Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fierce Home Appliances Private Limited, we believe in providing the best possible support and assistance to our customers. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we follow a liberal cancellation and refund policy as outlined below.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within seven (7) days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, communicated to the vendor or merchant, or shipped from our warehouse.
Please note that cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or eatables are not accepted. Refunds or replacements for such products may be considered only if the customer can establish that the quality of the delivered product was unsatisfactory.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receipt of the product. Once the merchant verifies and confirms the defect or damage, your request will be processed accordingly.
If you feel that the product received is different from what was shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision on whether a replacement or refund is applicable.
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to refer the issue directly to the manufacturer, as per the warranty terms provided.
In case a refund is approved by Fierce Home Appliances Private Limited, please allow 6 to 8 working days for the refund amount to be processed and credited to your account.
